What if I lose my laundry bags or need extras?
Use any durable bag that closes securely and is labeled with your details. Need more Washmix bags? Message your concierge and we'll include extras with your next order.
I live in a secure building. How does pickup work?
Add entry codes, access instructions, or concierge details to your account. Our team follows them exactly for contactless pickup and delivery — no need to be home. Prefer to hand your bag to the driver, or need a specific time? Schedule first, then text your concierge at 650-533-5127.
How long does service take?
Standard turnaround is 2–3 business days from pickup. Rush service offers 24-hour turnaround on most items.
